Job Title : Guidewire InsuranceSuite Technical Architect

Job Type : Full-Time/Contract

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire experience involving implementation, configuration, customization, solution design, and production support.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Architecture, Solution Design, and Technical Leadership.
• Proven experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience designing complex business rules and enterprise integrations.
• Working knowledge of application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• Guidewire Integration Certification.
• Lead and mentor Guidewire development teams while driving technical excellence across project deliveries.
• Design scalable and reusable architectures for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
• Lead solution discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and technical assessments for complex insurance business requirements.
• Configure and develop Guidewire components using Gosu, PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.
• Design reusable Guidewire components, accelerators, frameworks, and technical assets to improve development productivity.
• Troubleshoot complex Guidewire issues and provide architectural recommendations and effective workarounds.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
