Responsibilities

Adactin is looking for an experienced Jutro Developer / Sr Developer / Manager / Senior Manager - ( Onsite **- Australia )**with strong expertise in Guidewire Digital / Jutro to lead digital insurance technology solutions and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Digital / Jutro development and implementation.
• Design and deliver scalable digital solutions using the Jutro platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Work closely with business, QA, product, and integration teams.
• Review technical designs, code, and development practices.
• Support Guidewire and external system integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive quality, performance, security, and successful project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital / Jutro.
• Experience in Guidewire digital application development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, APIs, and web technologies.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
