Job Title : Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration development preferred.
• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Experience working with Commercial and Personal Lines of Business.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Gosu and Gosu Queries.
• Experience working with PCF, Rulesets, Validations, and Business Rules.
• Understanding of Guidewire configuration, customization, and application development concepts.
• Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the application stack.
• Perform Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and customization based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Gosu code, Gosu Queries, PCF screens, Rulesets, validations, and business rules.
• Analyze complex application issues, determine root causes, and implement efficient and permanent technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and remain calm and effective during critical incidents.
• Contribute to technical discussions and provide recommendations for improving application performance and maintainability.
• Support knowledge sharing and help junior team members improve their technical skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
