⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
�� Pay Rate: $40.15 per hour
 
We're looking for an experienced Guillotine Operator to join a busy paper and print production team in Erskine Park!
�� This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-conscious operator to step into a stable, ongoing role with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours. ��
 
�� The Role

• Set up and operate a guillotine/cutting machine to specified sizes and job requirements
• Read and interpret work orders and cutting specifications accurately
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs to ensure accuracy and minimal wastage
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and report faults promptly
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating a guillotine or similar cutting equipment (paper, print, or packaging industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Solid understanding of machine safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
