Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install gutters, siding panels, and related trim with accuracy using hand tools and power tools
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, or applying weatherproofing materials before installation
• Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle materials such as metal, vinyl, or fiber cement siding and gutters
• Fabricate custom components on-site when necessary to ensure seamless fit and finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on construction sites

Experience

• Previous experience in construction, general construction site work preferred
• Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers) and power tools (drills, saws) efficiently and safely
• Knowledge of roofing, siding installation, caulking techniques, and trim carpentry highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with heavy lifting and working at heights on ladders or scaffolding required

Everything needed to know will be taught to you by the owner himself, leaving you without any room to not know the right way to do any installation. He will also be on every job site to ensure accuracy on every install, making him available every time you think you may need a little help. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills in exterior building systems. Whether you have experience in construction estimating or are passionate about craftsmanship across various trades like tile laying or restoration work — your expertise will be valued here. Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day
