Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Install Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Measure and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately install gutter systems according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to install gutters, downspouts, and related components.
• Follow construction plans and remodeling instructions to ensure proper alignment, slope, and secure attachment of gutter systems.
• Conduct site inspections to assess existing conditions, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, or replacements of existing gutters using appropriate construction techniques such as caulking, fixture installation, or tile masonry experience if applicable.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for each job site.

Skills

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings; ability to interpret specifications accurately.
• Experience with gutter installation, building material installation, and remodeling projects.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, ladders, and other construction equipment safely.
• Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating costs and managing project timelines.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work (as it relates to fixtures or drainage), plastering or caulking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of dimensional measurements and following blueprint specifications precisely.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
