Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

Royalty Roofing is seeking a skilled reliable Gutter Installer to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring gutting, fabricating, and installing gutters, downspouts, and related drainage systems on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Install seamless and sectional gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and accessories.
• Operate gutter fabrication machines/equipment safely.
• Ensure proper slope and drainage alignment for optimal water flow.
• Remove and dispose of old damaged gutter systems.
• Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and harness in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Inspect completed for quality and leaks.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site.
• Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Work on a team and well with others.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in gutter installation, roofing, or construction preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Basic Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer services skills.
• Onsite Training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
• Extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
