We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of gutters, including metal and seamless systems, to ensure effective water management for residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine gutter placement and materials needed
• Install a variety of gutter systems, including metal roofing gutters, single-ply membrane roofing components, and siding installations
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure gutters and related accessories
• Perform roofing repairs or modifications as necessary to ensure proper drainage and system integrity
• Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations, including the use of safety harnesses, ladder safety protocols, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to transport supplies around the worksite efficiently
• Follow detailed safety protocols during all phases of installation to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, interpreting technical drawings, and reading construction plans
• Experience with roofing installation, repair, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, drywall tools, tile laying equipment, and masonry tools
• Familiarity with siding installation techniques such as stucco or trim carpentry
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and the proper use of safety harnesses and ladder use procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes
• Prior experience in outdoor work environments with a focus on remodeling or handyman tasks such as drywall finishing or caulking
