Job Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Gutter Technician to join our team. This role covers everything gutter-related — cleaning, installation, and repairs — for residential and light commercial properties across our service area. Responsibilities

• Perform routine gutter cleanings (channel cleaning, downspout flow checks, clearing accessible clogs)
• Install new gutters and downspouts
• Perform gutter repairs (re-securing hangers, resealing seams, re-strapping downspouts, and similar minor-to-moderate repair work)
• Identify and photograph additional property issues (roof, fascia, drainage, etc.) for office follow-up
• Work safely at heights using ladders and standard fall-protection practices
• Keep the truck/equipment organized and report daily job completion

Qualifications

• Prior experience with gutter installation or related construction work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures.
• Knowledge of construction management principles, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings is a plus.
• Ability to work safely at heights using ladders or scaffolding while maintaining balance and control.
• Basic understanding of building materials including vinyl, aluminum, steel gutters, and related accessories.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about project progress or concerns.
• Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
