GYM ADMIN STAFF (MALE)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet and welcome members and guests, providing excellent customer service.

2. Manage gym membership processes, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.

3. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

4. Assist with the maintenance of gym equipment and facilities.

5. Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.

6. Organize, process, and handle documents in a secure and organized manner, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education or Business Administration degree.

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role, ideally in the fitness industry (gym or similar environment). Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong communication and organizational skills.

• Tech savvy, proficient in using office computer software, such as Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional when dealing with members.

• Can handle inquiries, complaints, membership concerns, and walk-in clients.

• Able to explain gym services, membership packages, policies, and promotions clearly.

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays, depending on gym operations.
