Gym Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
Snap Fitness is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Gym Assistant for our site in Basildon, Essex.
You must have energy and enthusiasm to assist in the management of day-to-day operations of a busy Health Club.
You will be responsible for assisting the club staff in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships, ensuring all members are having a great experience, management of staff and contractors plus health and safety requirements.
This role will include the following:

• Sales - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
• Assisting with Marketing Management to increase membership
• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance etc)
• Administrative duties
• Updating social media
• Preparing management reports

SKILLS NEEDED Good customer service Well presented

• Fantastic time management skills
• Proven track record in the fitness or retail industries.

Candidates should have the following: Sales experience * Level 2 or above fitness certificate ideally personal trainer level 3

• First Aid Certificate
• Outstanding customer service and people skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
