The Island Sports Club operates across multiple stunning locations in Bali, including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T. Our mission is to create a community-driven space where sports and fitness enthusiasts come together for competition, wellness, and fun. From world-class padel tournaments to holistic wellness experiences, we aim to be more than just a sports club—we are a lifestyle destination.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a gym, fitness center, sports club, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.

Fitness Knowledge: Basic knowledge of gym equipment, fitness facilities, and proper equipment usage.

Member Service: Friendly, approachable, and confident in assisting members and guests.

Attention to Detail: Strong awareness of cleanliness, equipment organization, and maintaining a well-presented gym environment.

Safety Awareness: Able to monitor the gym floor and ensure members use equipment safely and responsibly.

Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with members and guests.

Teamwork: Able to work well with other departments to maintain a smooth and welcoming club experience.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet and assisting with gym-related tasks throughout the day.

Positive Attitude: Energetic, professional, approachable, and passionate about creating a positive fitness environment.

Willing to be placed at the Canggu branch.

Must be based in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

As a Gym Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment for our members and guests.

• Welcome and assist members and guests using the gym facilities.
• Monitor the gym floor and ensure equipment is being used safely and appropriately.
• Provide basic guidance to members on the correct use of gym equipment when required.
• Keep gym equipment, workout areas, and surrounding spaces clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Regularly check the condition of gym equipment and report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure weights, machines, and other equipment are returned to their designated areas.
• Monitor gym supplies such as towels, sanitizing products, and other amenities, and replenish when needed.
• Assist members with general questions regarding gym facilities, equipment, and club services.
• Support the team during busy periods, events, tournaments, and community activities.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and club operational standards.
• Help create a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
