Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, providing friendly and professional customer support at all times
• Manage inquiries, membership questions, and appointment scheduling with clarity and courtesy
• Maintain front desk operations, including check-ins, membership sign-ups, and renewals using computer literacy and office management skills
• Handle data entry tasks such as updating member records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the gym is always clean and organized

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy
