Job Title: Gym Instructor – Spa & Fitness Department

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Gym Instructor to join the Spa & Fitness department of our 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will guide guests through fitness programs, provide personalized training, and ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience. This role requires flexibility to work early morning and afternoon shifts, including rotational schedules, while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness training sessions for hotel guests

• Design personalized workout plans based on guest needs and fitness levels

• Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain a safe workout environment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas and equipment

• Collaborate with the Spa & Fitness team to enhance guest experience

• Follow hotel standards and protocols for health, safety, and hygiene

Required Skills & Soft Skills:

• Knowledge of fitness techniques, exercise routines, and equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor

• Ability to motivate guests and work as part of a team

• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to work rotational shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass/ Graduate

• Age: 18–30 years

• Willingness to work early morning and afternoon shifts.

• Previous experience in hotels, fitness centers, or wellness industry is an advantage
