Gym Instructor

Ready to turn your passion for fitness into a job where you get to hype people up, celebrate PBs, and make the gym the most fun place to be? EA Networks Centre is calling for two epic Gym Instructors to join our squad!

If you’re the kind of person who knows how to make burpees almost enjoyable, can talk form corrections without sounding like a robot, and loves lifting people’s spirits as much as lifting weights — keep reading.

What the job involves

As a Gym Instructor at EA Networks Centre, you’ll be right at the heart of our thriving fitness community—motivating, supporting, and empowering members to live healthier, happier lives. In this role, you’ll:

• Welcome and induct new members, creating a positive first impression
• Keep the gym floor safe, welcoming, and buzzing with good vibes
• Help users of all ages and abilities smash their goals
• Craft personalised fitness assessments and programmes
• Promote other EA Network Centre services and offerings that suits the customers needs

This is a permanent part time opportunity, offering a minimum of 16 - 25.5 hours per week, working set hours each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and every third weekend. The role also provides the opportunity to increase your hours across the following areas:

• Group fitness instructing
• Personal training
• Supporting facility programmes and community initiatives

Perfect if you’re seeking stability but want the opportunity to build your hours in the fitness industry.

Who we are looking for

You don’t need to be a superhero — just someone who loves people, loves fitness, and isn’t afraid to bring some personality to the job.

You’ll thrive if you:

• Bring excitement, enthusiasm, and a bit of “let’s do this!” to every shift
• Communicate like a legend and build awesome relationships with members
• Can demo exercises like a pro (or at least without falling over)
• Ideally hold a first aid certificate
• Have experience — but if you’re the right vibe, we’re keen to train you up

Whether you’re early in your fitness career or looking to expand your skill set, we’d love to meet you.

What we can offer you

We take care of our team — because happy instructors = happy members.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

• FREE gym + pool access (yes, free!)
• Professional development so you can keep levelling up
• Birthday leave (because you deserve it)
• Option to purchase extra leave
• Wellness and recognition benefits
• A fun, friendly, supportive team that actually enjoys working together
