Gym Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking an motivated Ladies Only Gym Instructor to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will provide guidance and support in training sessions within ladies only environment and promote a positive, inclusive environment that encourages healthy lifestyles. Meet and greet customers, conduct sign ups, contacting members by phone, email, dealing with enquiries. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the facilities
• Welcoming members on their arrival
• Welcoming guest visits and providing required information
• Occasionally Lead group fitness classes
• Provide one-on-one sessions ( periodic reviews) to develop personalized workout plans
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques on our equipment
• Monitor participants during activities, offering encouragement and modifications as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workplace and ensure equipment safety and hygiene standards
• Track member progress and provide feedback to support ongoing motivation and improvemen
• Experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Previous experience in a fitness is preferred but not mandatory
