What they need
- Minimum D3/S1, preferably majoring in Management, Business Management, Sports Science, PJKR, Hospitality/Hotel Management, or related fields.
- 2–3+ years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail, or operations management.
- Understanding of gym equipment, basic fitness principles, and health & safety practices.
- Ability to recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate staff and trainers.
- Experience with memberships, personal training packages, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, inventory, and daily operations.
- Willing to be assigned to any location, with the primary placement in Bandung.
