Job Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly attitude.
• Handle member check-in and check-out.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
• Manage memberships, registrations, and payments.
• Schedule appointments for physiotherapy and personal training.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Assist members with general information about ASAI Gym.
• Follow company SOPs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English is preferred.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and POS/booking systems.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to work in Jimbaran, Bali.
