Gym Receptionist

About The Role DSignite Fitness is hiring a full-time, on-site Gym Receptionist & Membership Sales Executive at our gym on the 3rd Floor, D Mart, Vanasthalipuram Road, Hyderabad. You will be the first person members and visitors meet. You will also help grow our membership by following up with leads, explaining our programs and plans, and turning enquiries into members. We especially encourage women candidates to apply.

What you'll do

• Greet members and visitors warmly and manage check-ins at the front desk
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs and walk-in enquiries about memberships, personal training, programs and timings
• Call and follow up with leads from our website, Instagram, walk-ins and referrals
• Convert enquiries into memberships: understand each person's goals and suggest the right plan or program
• Book free trial sessions and give prospective members a tour of the gym floor
• Keep a record of leads, follow-ups and conversions in our system
• Handle new registrations, renewals and payments (cash, card, UPI) accurately
• Remind members before their plans expire and encourage renewals
• Handle member feedback and complaints politely and resolve them quickly
• Work with our trainers to schedule personal training sessions and fitness assessments
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and welcoming

What we're looking for

• Must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Strong customer handling skills with a friendly, patient and professional attitude
• Able to call leads, follow up regularly and convert them into paying customers
• Confident, persuasive communicator who is comfortable with sales targets
• Good phone etiquette and quick replies on calls and WhatsApp
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business, membership software)
• Well organized and pays attention to detail
• Lives in or near Vanasthalipuram, LB Nagar, Hayathnagar, Nagole or Dilsukhnagar.
