Key Responsibilities * Member Greeting & Hospitality: Welcome members and guests warmly, check them in upon arrival, and provide an exceptional front-desk experience. * Inquiries & Membership Support: Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, and studio offerings. * Scheduling & Bookings: Assist members with booking gym slots, personal training sessions, and Pilates classes, maintaining an organized calendar. * Front Desk Management: Keep the reception area neat, orderly, and well-stocked with promotional materials and membership forms. * Billing & Payments: Process membership renewals, package payments, and daily transactions accurately using our management software. * Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between members, trainers, and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
