LA Fitness is looking for a friendly, personable Sales Associate who is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping others discover the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

The primary focus of this position is marketing and lead generation. Sales Associates connect with people in the local community, contact company-generated leads, and welcome prospective members into the club by providing tours and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Perform marketing and lead-generation activities in the local community
• Contact and follow up with company-generated leads
• Welcome and engage prospective members
• Conduct tours of the club and introduce prospects to our facilities and services
• Build positive relationships with members and prospective members
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

• Is genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and gyms
• Is friendly, welcoming, and comfortable speaking with people
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys helping others
• Is comfortable engaging in conversation with people they have not met before
• Has a flexible schedule
• Has reliable transportation
• Is coachable and motivated to learn

Previous sales experience is not required. We provide extensive training to teach you the skills and processes needed to succeed in the role.
