Gym Sales Executive

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote gym memberships, personal training, and other fitness services.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into memberships.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages and facilities.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential members.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness/gym industry, is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Presentable, confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Candidates with a passion for fitness and sales are encouraged to apply.
