Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to different skill levels and age groups
• Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic skills, including tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars
• Monitor participants closely to ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
• Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their form, strength, and confidence
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that motivates athletes to challenge themselves and enjoy the sport
• Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the gym area is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, or team members to track progress and set achievable goals for each athlete

Experience

• Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in gymnastics or similar physical disciplines
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate learners of diverse ages and backgrounds
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and injury prevention practices
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills effectively while maintaining a lively and encouraging coaching style
• Previous experience working with children or youth sports programs is highly desirable

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
