Job Summary

The Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for independently instructing gymnasts at all class levels and leading programmed classes. This role requires weekend availability and a strong ability to engage, motivate, and safely train participants in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently instruct gymnastics classes at all skill levels
• Lead structured and programmed classes
• Ensure participant safety and proper technique
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive class environment
• Follow facility policies and safety guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods
• Ability to demonstrate skills and actively participate in instruction
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gymnastics or related disciplines such as dance, parkour, ninja, or cheerleading
• Must be at least 16 years of age
