Gymnastics Instructor

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at a dynamic Gymnastics club where kids are our priority! If you have experience in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, sports, childcare, or physical education, and think you might enjoy working with children in a gymnastics environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Implement our gymnastics lesson plans for various skill levels
• Instruct students on proper techniques and form in gymnastics (training provided)
• Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to students during class
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
• Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage student engagement
• Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate class activities
• Motivate students to have fun learning gymnastics

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, sports or educational setting
• Knowledge of basic gymnastics skills
• Willing to learn our techniques and progressions
• Familiarity with gymnastics, dance, or cheerleading is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
• We provide paid training for enthusiastic individuals who want to learn more about teaching gymnastics
