Gymnastics Program Director

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a fun, energetic team, and has relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

As our Program Director, you’ll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our children, families, and team.

• Teach fun, engaging children's classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods—we’ll train you!
• Create a fun, safe, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and make every family feel welcome.
• Oversee our programs and ensure they consistently meet the high standards of The Little Gym.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic team culture.
• Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
• Jump in, get involved, and help wherever needed to keep the gym running smoothly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience or a background in child development, childcare, physical education, gymnastics, dance, performance, or a related field
• Experience working with children

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in an active environment

Leadership or teaching experience is a plus!
