Job Summary

RAHMA Islamic Relief is seeking a qualified and dedicated Gynaecologist to provide quality maternal and reproductive healthcare services at its Mother and Child Health Centre in Janpur, Rahim Yar Khan. The successful candidate will contribute to improving maternal and child health outcomes, particularly among underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for gynaecological conditions.
• Deliver antenatal and postnatal care to mothers.
• Monitor pregnancies and identify high-risk cases requiring specialized care or referral.
• Provide family planning counselling and reproductive health services.
• Conduct gynaecological examinations and relevant clinical procedures within the scope of qualifications.
• Promote safe motherhood, maternal health awareness, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical documentation, and confidential health information.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care and appropriate referrals.
• Follow established clinical protocols, infection prevention measures, and medical ethics.
• Support community-based maternal and child health initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid PM&DC registration.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification or specialization in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, as applicable to the position.
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience in maternal and reproductive healthcare.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Janpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and work in a community-based healthcare setting.
