H Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

• Provide accurate, professional customer support through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Monitor and track drivers to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Occasionally Dispatch drivers and communicate necessary updates regarding routes, deliveries, and instructions.
• Report on-time delivery performance to the Operations Manager.
• Respond to customer issues promptly while providing resolution or escalation as needed.
• Call customers to communicate delays, service issues, or delivery updates.
• Partner with management to resolve concerns related to freight or deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle clerical tasks such as managing claims paperwork and maintaining documentation and files.

What You Need

• 1+ year of relevant customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
