Hab Tech I Proc.Plant/Back up Driving

Work Summary:
Under supervision, performs para-professional work, administering assessment instruments and the development of consumer’s personal support plans. Assist with the development, and documentation of deceleration programs. Possesses skills necessary to work with individuals with aggressive and/or self-abusive behaviors in a responsible care giving style. Will be responsible for maintenance of assigned work area. BSW, Inc. operates on the philosophy of Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Neglect and any such occurrence will be reported according to policy. Will maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving in a professional and courteous manner with consumers, families, guardians, advocates, co-workers and other service providers. Must be able to lift/carry 20/25 pounds or more. Back up driver will transport routes when needed.

Education and Experience Require:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2. Valid Montana Driver’s License and the ability to be covered by BSW, Inc. insurance.

3. Willingness to attend specialized training as assigned.

4. Maintain required certifications.

Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 8a-4p

Wage: $17.72 hour +.50 trans. stipend ($18.22/hr total)
