• Recent graduates of a licensed cosmetology school
• Stylists who hold a Florida cosmetology license or are in the process of getting one
• Brand-new graduates, or anyone who wants to elevate their education before building their own clientele
• People with a flexible schedule, since apprentice schedules change week to week
• People willing to travel between all 4 of our locations across the Tampa area
• Self-motivated, coachable team players who are excited to grow

Who this isn't for

• Anyone without cosmetology school education
• Current cosmetology students (ask us about our Pre-Apprenticeship Program instead!)

• Weekly apprenticeship classes (Graduate Program): Small-group classroom education with specialized instructors, including hands-on practice on live models
• Weekly Master Program: 2 hours of training alongside our whole team, the same education that keeps our top stylists at the top
• Work side by side with some of the industry's top stylists in the salon
• Ongoing education with industry partners such as R+Co, Paul Mitchell and Easihair Pro
