We're building something different in Paarl, and we want you behind the chair.

Opening this November, The Ton Beauty & Social Lounge is an old world European glamour salon and social space where confidence, community and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for three talented hair stylists with recognised technical qualifications, a passion for their craft and the kind of presence that makes every client feel like the most important person in the room.

Newly qualified stylists are absolutely welcome to apply. What matters most to us is the standard you hold yourself to, not simply the number of years you've been in the industry.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A formal, accredited hairdressing qualification and proof of your work. Even a small portfolio is welcome. We care about quality, not quantity.

Experience with Redken products will be an advantage, and blonde specialists are especially encouraged to apply.

You'll have exceptional attention to detail, genuine pride in your craft, strong hygiene practices and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent results.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a people person first and foremost. Someone with genuine heart, a passion for clients and a desire to be part of a team that cares as much about each other as it does about the work.

You're classy and professional, but never stuffy. Warm, polished and fully present with every client who sits in your chair.

You're a true team player who is quick to help a colleague, generous with your knowledge and invested in seeing the women around you succeed. We believe in a gossip free, drama free environment where we build each other up rather than compete with one another.

You understand that how you speak, carry yourself and represent the brand matters just as much as your technical ability. Our clients see beauty and feeling good as an investment in themselves, and they deserve to feel that from the moment they walk through our doors. Sometimes, that experience begins with nothing more than a smile and a genuinely warm welcome.
