Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hairdressing services such as braiding, twisting, cornrows, Locs,
• Deliver specialized services including eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Manage front desk duties efficiently—scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and best practices to foster professional growth
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and salon revenue
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
• Skilled in store management principles to handle appointments and client flow effectively
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members confidently
• Experience in customer service roles within beauty or salon environments
• Knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and promote a positive team environment
