Hajj Operations Executive

The Hajj Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating, managing, and monitoring all Hajj-related operational activities, ensuring smooth arrangements for pilgrims from pre-departure preparations until their safe return to Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hajj Operations & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate Hajj packages and operational arrangements.
• Liaise with Saudi Arabian ground operators, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements in Makkah, Madinah, Mina, and Arafah.
• Ensure all Hajj arrangements comply with applicable Tabung Haji requirements and Saudi Arabian regulations.

2. Pilgrim Management

• Manage pilgrim registrations and booking records.
• Verify passports, visas, and required travel documentation.
• Coordinate pilgrim briefings and Hajj preparation programmes.
• Maintain accurate pilgrim information and rooming lists.
• Assist pilgrims with travel-related inquiries and special requirements.

3. Flight & Travel Arrangements

• Coordinate flight bookings and group allocations with the ticketing department.
• Monitor flight schedules and departure arrangements.
• Prepare passenger manifests and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate airport check-in and group departures.

4. Saudi Ground Operations

• Communicate with Saudi ground handling agents.
• Monitor hotel check-ins, transportation, and pilgrim movements.
• Coordinate Hajj logistics, including Masyair arrangements.
• Assist with operational emergencies and last-minute changes.

5. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain Hajj operational records and documentation.
• Prepare departure checklists and operational reports.
• Monitor supplier confirmations and payment deadlines.
• Prepare post-Hajj operational evaluations.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
