Halal Executive

Responsibilities

 ·       Responsible to ensure company’s Halal Management System is in accordance with requirement of JAKIM/JAIS.

·       Responsible to establish Halal committee, coordinate meeting, prepare minutes and upkeep all documentations related to Halal.

·       Responsible for Halal certificate application, renewal, internal and external audit, follow-up on NCRs and respond to all queries from auditor or other related parties.

·       Provide and handle in-house or external training related to Halal especially for management, staff and supplier.

·       Liaise with production, logistic & warehouse, purchasing, human resources, quality assurance, administration and other departments to meet the Halal compliance.

·       Provide support and assist in day to day operational and administrative task.

·       Assist in other certifications such as HACCP, GMP, ISO, MESTI & etc as and when required.

·       Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

 ·       At least a Diploma in Halal Management or equivalent

·       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·       Sarawakian Muslim age 18 and above and fulfilled the requirements for appointment as Halal Executive.

·       Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Points, email & etc)

·       Required language (Both Written and Spoken): English and Malay

·       Able to work independently, self –motivated, meticulous, initiative and strong interpersonal skills

·       Possess own transport and willing to work at Sejingkat, Kuching.
