Halal Regulatory Specialists

We are hiring Halal Regulatory Specialist to support Halal certification, regulatory compliance & product documentation. Mainly involves working closely with internal teams & customers to ensure products meet relevant Halal, regulatory and customer requirements.

Location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka
Salary: Up to RM5,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Halal certification and documentation processes.
• Review product formulas and regulatory documentation for compliance.
• Handle product and dietary registrations with relevant authorities.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory declarations and compliance documents.
• Respond to customer regulatory and Halal-related enquiries.
• Maintain regulatory data and documentation in internal systems.
• Work closely with Quality, Technical, Commercial, Safety and Regulatory teams.
• Support continuous improvement of regulatory processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Halal documentation and certification.
• Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with a Singapore-based Manager.
• Experience in the food, flavour, ingredients or related industry will be an added advantage.
