About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Hall Supervisor / Hall Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Hall Supervisor — Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front-of-house operations
• Supervise and guide hall crew
• Ensure smooth customer service and dining experience
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Monitor table arrangement, cleanliness and service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and daily operations
• Ensure company SOPs and service standards are followed

Hall Crew — Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner
• Take orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages
• Set up and clear tables
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Assist with customer enquiries and requests
• Follow service SOPs and hygiene standards
• Support daily restaurant operations and team members

Requirements – Hall Supervisor

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Good command of English; ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements – Hall Crew

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and customer oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
