Halo PSA Developer / Integration Specialist - Contract/Temp

About the role

Intouch Tech is looking for an experienced Halo PSA Developer / Integration Specialist to join us on an initial three-month contract. We are looking specifically for someone with strong, hands-on Halo PSA experience who can hit the ground running. This is not a role for someone looking to learn Halo. We need someone who has already configured, customised or developed within the platform and understands what can be achieved through Halo's native functionality, integrations and API.

Your immediate priority will be helping us configure and develop our Halo PSA customer portal, with a strong focus on getting a polished customer-facing version ready for demonstrations. Following this, you will work on a wider programme of integrations and automation involving Halo PSA, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API and supplier systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise the Halo PSA customer portal
• Develop customer-facing forms, workflows and portal functionality
• Configure ticket logging, ticket tracking and customer ticket history
• Develop a two-way integration between Halo PSA and HubSpot
• Synchronise customer/account information and key fields between platforms
• Work with the Halo PSA API, REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
• Integrate Halo with the Microsoft Graph API
• Develop Microsoft 365 onboarding and offboarding automations
• Automate Microsoft licence assignment, removal and reassignment
• Automate mailbox actions, including conversion to shared mailboxes

About you

• Has demonstrable Halo PSA experience
• Can work independently and take ownership of technical requirements
• Can move quickly without requiring extensive Halo training
• Is comfortable integrating multiple systems
• Can troubleshoot API and data synchronisation issues
• Can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
• Previous Halo PSA experience is essential

Ideally have experience with Halo PSA configuration and customisation, Halo PSA customer portal development, Halo PSA API integrations, REST APIs, JSON, authentication and webhooks, CRM integrations, HubSpot, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 automation, workflow and business process automation, employee onboarding and offboarding automation, Power BI or customer reporting, MSP or IT service provider environments

Engagement

The initial requirement is expected to be approximately 2–3 months, with a substantial workload during the development phase.

There may be an opportunity for the position to continue beyond the initial project as we expand our Halo, API and business automation capabilities.

Compensation: 75,000 - 80,000 PHP.

For someone who has already built comparable Halo solutions, we are prepared to pay accordingly.
