Summary: The Assistant/Evening Manager is responsible for working closely with the General Manager to bring a high level of leadership to the store on nights and weekends. This position requires night and weekend availability (for a student will require commitment on school breaks).

Responsibilities:

Daily:

• Communication with General Manager
• Inspiring team members to achieve their potential
• Setting the pace to create an unparalleled hospitality experience.
• Executing shift tasks to their highest standard
• Making accurate inventory count on prep sheet

Weekly:

• Working 4-5 shifts
• Assist manager with banking
• Truck Ordering
• Prep

Monthly:

• Assisting GM in planning and executing shift leader meetings

Other tasks:

• Assist managers with identifying and training new shift leaders
• Implement new hospitality initiatives in stores as developed by leadership team
• Assist manager with other tasks

Requirements: 30-40 hours/week

Pay: Starting pay is $13/hour plus tips

Expected Skills: Exemplary customer service skills, shift management, and timely communication skills.
