About the roleGeneral day to day labouring tasks related to multiple builds on one site. Reporting to the Site Manager you'll be working across a range of various tasks, keeping things moving and helping deliver great results.
Key responsibilities:

Assisting builders and carpenters

• Move between multiple houses/units as required

  • New builds
  • Fit-out stages
  • External works
  • Assist with site establishment (fencing, signage, amenities)
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free
  • Move and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
  • Set up and dismantle temporary structures ( barriers etc)

• Ensure each area is:

  • Stocked with materials
  • Cleared of waste

Benefits:

• $26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience
• 40–hours per week minimum

What We're Looking For:

• Prior construction or carpentry labouring experience beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Reliable transport to get to site
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean MOJ check
• A minimum of 2 years NZ work experience and a good command of English
• Current NZ Drivers License
• Must have valid NZ working rights
