H&S Coordinator

BIOSAFETY SA is a successful and reliable Occupational Health & Safety Services provider operating in Greece since 2001 and serving more than 1000 companies.

The company is expanding its operations and is looking to cover a full-time position of Health & Safety Engineer / Coordinator to join our growing team. The role is for a Construction Project at the district of Ioannina.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation of health and safety protocols tailored to the specific needs of the project
• Provision of Health & Safety consulting services and foster a proactive safety culture among workers
• Identification of potential hazards and risks at the project site and implementation of control measures to mitigate them
• Provision of specific instructions regarding the safe execution of all project tasks, monitor and ensure their proper implementation
• Generation of Health & Safety reports, maintenance of accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections etc.
• Review and modification, when necessary, the Health & Safety plan of the project and provision of safety training to all personnel on-site

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architect)
• At least two (2) years of working experience in H&S sector and construction site projects
• Fluent, in writing and speaking, the Greek and English language
• Exceptional writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
