Hands-On Lead Construction Technician

Stealth Construction is hiring a Hands-On Lead Construction Technician for commercial and retail construction projects.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on construction lead who can work directly in the field, lead by example, and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently. This position requires someone who is willing to work night shifts as needed and can take responsibility for jobsite communication, reporting, and daily record-keeping logs.

Job Description:
The Hands-On Lead Construction Technician will perform and oversee general construction work on commercial job sites. Duties include demolition, framing, drywall, repairs, finish work, fixture installation, punch list completion, jobsite cleanup, and assisting with daily jobsite coordination.

This position will help lead small crews, communicate with project managers, track materials and job progress, maintain daily reports and record-keeping logs, document jobsite activity, and ensure work is completed according to company standards, client requirements, schedules, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities Include:
Perform hands-on construction work alongside the crew.
Lead daily field tasks and help keep work on schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Maintain daily logs, reports, photos, and jobsite records.
Track materials, job progress, site issues, and completed work.
Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, finish work, repairs, fixture installation, and punch list items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Work nights as required by project schedule.

Requirements:
Construction experience required.
Lead, foreman, or crew lead experience preferred.
Must be hands-on and willing to work in the field.
Must be willing to work night shifts as needed.
Must be responsible, organized, and able to maintain reports and daily logs.
Must be able to communicate clearly with project managers and field crews.
Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
Commercial or retail construction experience is a plus.
