Position: HandTip Inspector
Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Job Summary:
The Handtip Inspector is responsible for ensuring accurate manual dosing of raw materials in feed production. This role requires close monitoring of premix dosing, validations, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure production accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Systems Management, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Technology or any related course
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, quality inspection, or feed production is an advantage
• Proficient in measurement units, materials handling, inventory reporting, and process monitoring
• Knowledgeable in basic equipment troubleshooting and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily scale and premix validations for manual dosing
• Tally and verify premixes dosed according to WINCOS Job Orders
• Communicate with production teams to ensure accuracy in dosing and documentation
• Monitor and report raw material usage and inventory movement
• Check Handdip Assembly maintenance and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards
