Perfect Living Services routes home services work to independent contractors across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. We're adding handymen to our provider network.

HOW IT WORKS

We find the customer and confirm the scope before anything reaches you. When a job matches what you do and where you work, you get an offer with the payout already on it. Accept it or turn it down — there's no penalty either way, and no minimum number of jobs.

You're a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee. Your tools, your truck, your schedule. Any customers you already have stay yours.

THE WORK

Mounting — TVs, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, blinds and window treatments

Assembly — furniture, shelving units, equipment

Fixtures — ceiling fans, lights, hardware

Repairs — doors, locks, drywall patching, paint touch-ups, baseboards

Property work — turnovers, make-ready and punch lists

Larger scopes — tile, flooring, interior and exterior painting, fencing

Regulated trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are offered only once current Texas licensing and insurance are verified.

WHAT YOU EARN

Most jobs land between $60 and $150. Bigger scopes run $200 to $500 and up. You see the exact figure before you commit — we don't send offers with the payout hidden.

Materials, parking, tolls, disposal and permit fees are quoted and approved separately. They never come out of your pay.

We won't promise you a volume of work or a weekly income. What we will promise is that every offer is a real job at a stated price.

WHAT YOU NEED

– Real experience in at least one area above

– Your own tools and a reliable vehicle

– Driver's licence and current auto insurance

– General liability insurance, or willingness to get covered

– Texas licensing for any regulated trade you want offered to you

– A smartphone — job details and completion photos run through it

– Willing to complete a consent-based background check

– 18 or over

Solo contractors and small crews are both welcome.
