Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that need attention.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Execute carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing doors.
• Address painting needs, including touch-ups and full room repaints.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or property managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are stored properly after use.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
• A valid driver's license may be required based on job assignments.
