• Floor Installation Repair & Maintenance

-Door & Window Installation

-Gutters Repair & Maintenance

-Painting

-Fencing Repair & Maintenance

-Drywall Installation / Repair & Maintenance

-Carpentry (Cabinet Installation, doors ect.)

-Tile Installation / Repair

Requirements:

• Must have your own equipment as this is a contract position

-Must have experience in construction or general handyman work

• Must have reliable transportation

-Must be prompt and timely

• Must pass background check

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in work

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks

• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
