Looking for a stable, hands-on role close to home? ISS is seeking a reliable Maintenance Officer / Handyman to support day‑to‑day operations at the client site. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems, and being the person people rely on, this role is for you.

The Position:

• Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance
• Undertake site maintenance tasks including (but not limited to) fixing furniture, walls and doors, unblocking toilets and other maintenance tasks
• Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, policies and procedures
• Daily site inspection of facilities to record all faults/defects for follow up action

Minimum Criteria:

• Excellent Customer relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations
• Trade qualification desirable but not essential
• Able to carry out maintenance tasks with minimal supervision and direction
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Experience in Facilities Services including delivering maintenance within a corporate environment
