- Attend to repair requests and resolve maintenance problems efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Assist contractors and technicians with maintenance works when required.
- Ensure common areas, facilities, and building equipment are properly maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and building management guidelines.
- Perform other maintenance duties assigned by the Building Manager/Supervisor.
