Handyman cum Van Driver
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Handyman cum Van Driver to handle general maintenance, repairs, and furniture transportation across our co-living properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures.
- Perform painting and touch-up works.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Transport and relocate furniture between apartments as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair works.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese.
- Own a motorcycle and be willing to travel between properties.
- Possess a valid license and be able to drive a van. (optional)
