About the Role

Malwa Builders Limited is seeking reliable and hardworking Handymans to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with general maintenance, repair, and upkeep duties across residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in property maintenance and general repair work. Full training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings, fixtures,

fittings, and equipment.

Carry out basic carpentry, painting, plastering, and repair tasks as

required.

Repair doors, locks, windows, furniture, shelving, and minor structural

components.

Assist with installing fixtures, fittings, appliances, and equipment.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify

maintenance requirements.

Assist in performing minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks,

replacing taps, and clearing blockages.

Assist in carrying out basic electrical maintenance tasks that do not

require licensing.

Maintain outdoor areas including cleaning, rubbish removal, and general

upkeep duties.

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance

equipment safely.

Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and safe at all times.

Report major repair issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials when required.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company

maintenance standards.

Complete maintenance tasks within required timeframes and according

to work schedules.
