Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment across our properties. Duties

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple areas including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute projects.
• Conduct erosion control measures to prevent environmental damage during construction or landscaping activities.
• Utilize power tools and manual handling techniques safely to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring all machinery operates smoothly and safely.
• Follow strict workplace safety regulations, including implementing OSHA safety standards and respiratory protection protocols.
• Assist with climbing structures or ladders as needed for high-reach repairs or inspections while maintaining proper safety procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial construction or maintenance roles with a focus on hands-on repair work.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans.
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and the implementation of OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with erosion control techniques and environmental safety practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle equipment repair tasks efficiently.
• Prior work involving climbing, respiratory protection use, and manual handling in demanding environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day
